Claim your artist profile on Boomplay and verify your account by following the instructions below:

• Make sure your app has been updated to the latest version
• Tap on Account and click I’m an Artist
• Click on Claim Now
• Fill and submit the form

Please note! When inputting your Boom ID, make sure you input your user Boom ID and not your artist ID.

If you’re not too sure where to find your Boom ID, click here for help from Boomplay.

Wait for an in-app response within three working days. If your request is rejected, have a look at the message sent to you from Boomplay which states why the request was rejected. After this, make any necessary changes before submitting again!
