It should be done and dusted within 14 days! 🧹

Once a member of the RouteNote support team has processed your removal request, it should take 7 – 14 days for the store(s) to remove your release. Some of our partner stores will ingest the request much sooner than a fortnight, but we can’t guarantee this so it’s best to assume that the process can take up to 2 weeks.

If after 14 days you can still see your release live on any of your selected stores, please let us know and we will look into this for you. We may ask you for the following information, so please include this in your contact with us to avoid further delays:

• Link to your release live on stores
