Yes – we can’t lure people into a false sense of innocence! 😬
You must ensure you set your release as explicit, even if just one track on an album/ EP is explicit and the rest are clean. Please note that you can label each individual track as explicit, cleaned or non-explicit.
You must also label the whole release as ‘explicit’ if your any tracks on the release contains any of the following:
• Drugs
• Inflammatory Lyrics
• Profanity
• Sexual References/Depictions
• Violence
See our handy blog post for more on the meaning of explicit, clean and non-explicit.
