Whenever you want to view, update, or amend your sensitive account details, a One Time Passcode will be sent to the email address registered with your RouteNote account.

You’ll have 10 minutes to input this code into the required field.

RouteNote’s One Time Passcodes are 9-character codes made up of letters and numbers.

Please make sure to check your spam or junk folders if you can’t see an email containing the code in your main inbox. This is especially important for @hotmail users!
