The phonographic copyright holder identifies who owns the copyright on the sound recording of the performance on the release. This is usually the artist performing if you’re an indepentent artist, but it could also be the label or the publisher.
The phonographic copyright field is also known as the P line.
Please note! If you’re performing a cover, the original performing artist goes in the C line, but the artist performing the cover goes in the P line.
Pop the name into the P line, as pictured below:
