Why may my release be removed from Deezer?

Deez are the answers you need 👀

Over the past couple of years, Deezer have been cracking down on the content they wish to keep live. This may mean that your release has been removed from the site, as there are now tighter rules and restrictions for what Deezer allows.

Since 2023, Deezer have removed 26 million tracks. The reason for this is that the site has launched an artist centric model. This means that they are accepting less low-quality content with the intent of focusing on more legitimate artists. Since having launched this programme, Deezer have worked to combat releases with low streams, nonmusical content and artificial streaming. Duplicated content has also been removed from the site.

If you have noticed that your release is no longer live on Deezer, please note that these could be the reasons why.

Please feel free to get in touch with us to check on your release and we will try our best to help you!
