You may be unable to locate your release in the upcoming section of your claimed Spotify for Artists page, even if it has successfully made it through moderation and been sent to Spotify. There are four main reasons why this might have happened!
The release has previously been available
If you have made any updates to a release which had already been ingested into Spotify, then it will not show in your upcoming section as the release had already once landed on the store.
The release is about to arrive on the wrong artist page
Sometimes, if you cannot find your release in upcoming, this means it is about to arrive on the wrong artist page! If you feel this is the case, please get in touch with Support.
The release is a compilation
Compilation releases will only show in the “appears on” section of each credited artist’s Spotify artist page.
The ingestion time of the release
The release must have ingested onto Spotify at least a week before the sales start date in order to show in the upcoming section.
