You can use different languages within the same metadata field on your RouteNote release, so long as the text in one language isn’t a translation of the text in the other.
For example, here the English text in brackets is a direct translation of the French text in the title:
Track title: Le ciel est bleu (The Sky Is Blue)
In this example, the English text in brackets has a different meaning to the French text in the title; this would be fine.
Track title: Le ciel est bleu (Like The Ocean)
This applies to all metadata fields including C lines, P lines, label fields, title versions and so on.
