Bank card expired? No worries! Stripe works directly with the banking networks, so your card payments will continue to work even when they expire and get replaced.

If you’d like to change your payment method for any other reason, follow the steps below.

First you’ll need to downgrade your release back to our Free service. To do this;

• Log in to your RouteNote account
• Hover over Distribution and select Discography
• Click on the Approved tab
• Click on the green button labelled Premium

After this, you’ll need to then re-subscribe by clicking on the same button, ensuring you use your updated payment method.
Please note! Re-subscribing can only be done on your release’s renewal date. This is so you don’t have to pay twice! Your release will go back to our Free plan once your renewal date arrives, and this is when you can proceed with re-subscribing.
