How do I create a support ticket?

Support tickets are really handy for keeping track of all your queries, questions, and concerns!

First, you’ll need to be logged in to your RouteNote account.

Hover over ‘Community & Support’ and you’ll see some drop-down options – click on ‘Support Tickets‘. From here you will be able to manage and create your tickets.

Contacting our Support Team through our ticket system is a great way of keeping track of any and all of your queries.

If you prefer to contact us via email, we have a quick an easy contact form you can use. You can also email us directly via support@routenote.com.

Our support team aim to respond within 48 hours whichever contact method you choose to use!
