Keeping you updated with up-to-date wait times for moderation ⌛
The RouteNote moderation team are currently approving content within around 9-12 working days of submission to the team, providing that there isn’t any further action required from you during the moderation process. Our current wait time is longer than usual due to a recent high volume of submissions – we’re working hard to reduce delays, so we appreciate your patience at this time!
Please note! If your release is sent back to you for changes, this is likely to delay your release further. We’d recommend having a look at our Upload Guide so your release flies through moderation!
As soon as your release has been approved, our distribution team will send it to your chosen stores within 24 hours. It can take 7-14 days from your approved date for your release to be fully ingested into your selected stores.
If you have a sales start date set on your release for a date that falls after this time frame, your release will become available on your selected date.
