The RouteNote support team are currently replying to tickets and emails within around 13-15 working days (Monday-Friday). Our current reply time is higher than usual as we have had an influx of contact recently but we are trying our best to reduce this. We really appreciate your patience!

Please note that spam emailing or emailing more than once on one thread without first receiving a reply can knock your emails down our chronological queue. We will reply to every individual ticket and email, therefore it is not necessary to reach out regarding the same query more than once. This can cause us to take even longer to reply to your original message.
