‘Tis the season to be jolly patient with delays! 🎄
During the festive period, there is often a delay on things happening in the music industry, and this affects us here at RouteNote.
Due to this, moderation may slow, emails may have further delay, and store ingestion times may increase.
RouteNote don’t have a set holiday deadline – it’s dependent on each store’s ingestion times and availability over the holiday period. In order to try and avoid great delays, we recommend you plan ahead of time.
For example, if you’re looking for a guaranteed delivery by 25th December, we’d ideally recommend that content was submitted by 12th November to allow plenty of time for each process.
We will do our best to help you with these delays where we can but please take note of our style guide to help your release have the smoothest process possible.
