Here you can find updates on expected statistic times and any current delays.

Your Spotify statistics are usually updated 45 days after the end of the month they were generated/earned in. So for example, July’s earnings will be available on September 15th in your RouteNote account.

We’ll let you know of any delays here if there are any at any time.

If you have claimed your artist profile on Spotify, you can use Spotify for Artists to view your statistics. These will update daily – the live stream count for a new release updates every 2 seconds. This is only available for the first 7 days of the release.

Please note! In order to be able to see statistics on your claimed Spotify for Artists account, the artist you’ve claimed will need to be listed as a primary artist on a release. Being a featuring artist does not allow you to see statistics.
