RouteNote will never prevent you from doing anything you want with your music. You can distribute your content through us whilst using third parties to monetise your content in other ways, you can sign to a label or you can even use another distributor as well as RouteNote if you like. You have complete freedom over your own music!
Please do bear in mind that stores will not accept multiple copies of the same release, so if you’re uploading a release via more than one distributor, just ensure that you don’t select the same platforms on both. Stores may remove the album completely until you decide which distributor has the right to distribute your content and collect royalties on your behalf.
