Drop us a message and we can help you to migrate releases from one account to another.
We’ll need confirmation from the original account and the account receiving the release. To do this please email the support team from both email addresses, and provide them with the following information You can also do this via a support ticket:
- The usernames for both accounts
- The UPC of the release(s) you are transferring
Please note! The streams associated to the release will remain on stores, however the statistics will reset via the new RouteNote account. Meaning the old statistics will stay on the previous account, and any new statistics will only be reflected on the new account.
Content migration requests can only be completed between 15th-18th of any given month due to statistic conflicts.
