The magnifying glass of articles, here’s a guide to finding your release 🔎
Stores don’t notify us or yourself when your release becomes available, so unless you’ve set a sales start date, then it’ll be a case of checking the stores.
Not to worry – we can guide you in the right direction!
Once your release has been approved, our distribution team will send this to your selected stores within 24 hours.
But you’ll need to allow 7-14 days from your approved date for your release to be fully ingested into your chosen stores. Some stores can take up to 30 days for this.
📌 Please note! If you’ve got a sales start date set, then your release won’t go live until this date.
Head on over to PUSH.fm
Sign up with our partners over at PUSH.fm and build a Smart Link…you can automatically find URLs to your release on a handful of stores! It’s completely free, all you’ll need is a URL to your release on Spotify to get started! Read more on PUSH.fm by clicking here.
We can also help you with getting your Spotify URL! You can request this, along with Apple and Deezer store links, from us by heading over to the Artist Services tab of your account. There is a drop-down menu which will allow you to hover over Marketing and select URL Requests. This will take you to the Pre-save URL Request form. We will source the links for you as soon as they’re made available by the stores. Easy-peasy!
Here are a few other links where you can start searching:
Amazon
Tidal/Wimp
Kanjian
Anghami
Napster
Pandora (only available in the US)
Melon
Bugs!
What if I can’t access the store?
If you’re looking for your release, but can’t access the store you’re checking (for example, Pandora is only available in the US) then we’ve got the solution for you!
To access these sites you’ll need to use a VPN. A VPN, which stands for Virtual Private Network, will allow you to use region-restricted websites.
You can use services like Tunnel Bear or Mullvad for a secure VPN solution.
Please see our Support Hub articles for further information on getting access to specific stores:
Why can’t I access Pandora?
Why can’t I access Claro-música?
Why can’t I access Anghami?
What if I’ve checked the sites and still can’t find my release?

Just send us an email at support@routenote.com with your UPC and the stores you’re unable to view your release on, and we’ll look into this for you. You can also create a support ticket if you prefer.
