Eeeek! RouteNote to the rescue… 💪
If you’re faced with a 403 error when trying to access RouteNote, there are a few ways you can try and resolve the issue.
Firstly, please clear your cache.
- Press F12 in your web browser.
- Right click on the refresh button.
- Select the option to clear cache and hard reload.
Next, clear your cookies, and then try again!
If clearing cache and cookies doesn’t resolve the issue, you could use an incognito/private window, or a different device. If you’re using a mobile to access the site, please switch to the RouteNote app or use the desktop version.
Finally, removing emojis or special characters from any text you’ve entered may help!
