If you have lost or forgotten your password, this can be resolved in a few easy steps:

• From the Login page, click the Forgotten password link at the bottom of the page.

This will take you to where you can enter your email address and security answer.

• Then, check your registered email address for an email containing a reset link!

You’ll then receive an email to your linked email address which will contain a link to change your password.
Open this link by clicking or copying the URL into your browser, and press Log In at the bottom of the page.

• Now, choose a new secure password for your account.

Once completed, click Visit My Account and you will be taken to your profile settings page.
