Your complete guide to successfully getting an Official Artist Channel🎵
Here, we have included each of the criteria that need to be met to make your application for an Official Artist Channel (OAC) on YouTube as smooth as possible! If you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch.
Ownership
- You must prove that you have access to the channels and accounts which you are applying for the OAC with.
- You need to be applying through the email which is linked to your own RouteNote account.

Topic Channel
- You need to have a topic channel that is unique to your artist.
- This topic channel must contain at least one art track.
- It is also necessary that you have your own releases distributed through RouteNote.

Appearance
- You must ensure that you have socials linked in your owned and operated channel (O&O).
- You must have all of the correct information present on your channel.

Content
- You must have an owned and operated YouTube channel.
- The content within your artist channel has to meet certain standards in order to be accepted for the OAC.
- The videos must have a primary focus on music and the content itself must fit YouTube’s guidelines for the application.
