The RouteNote moderation team are currently approving content within around 9-12 working days of submission to the team, providing that there isn’t any further action required from you during the moderation process. Our current wait time is longer than usual due to a recent high volume of submissions – we’re working hard to reduce delays, so we appreciate your patience at this time!
If your release has been waiting longer than this time frame, then please get in touch with us at support@routenote.com along with your UPC, and we’ll look into this for you.
Please note! Keep an eye on your emails – it’s possible that your release has been sent back to you for further changes by our moderation team, this may result in further delays if left.
