Why is my payment pending for my Premium release?

Your release and your payment will go through hand-in-hand 💕

When releasing with RouteNote‘s Premium service, you have the choice to;

  • Pay now with Stripe
  • Pay now with PayPal
  • Pay later

When choosing any of these options…

Payment will not be taken until your release is approved.

The funds will appear as Pending from your bank as your payment is being held. Once your release has been approved by our moderation team, this is when the payment will be taken.

If your release is sent back to you by our moderation team for changes, payment will still be held until your release is approved.

If you’ve changed your mind about distributing using our Premium service, not to worry, once your release has been approved, you’ll have 30 days to request a refund if you change your mind. If your release has not been approved yet, then please email support@routenote.com and let us know, we can handle this for you.
