Why is my release approved but not on all my chosen stores?

Approved? Yay! Not on stores? OK, we’ll get a fix under way! 🛠️

Once your release has been approved, it will be available on most of your selected stores within 7 – 14 days, however some stores can take up to 28 days.

If you have set a sales start date on your release for a date that is ahead of this time frame, your release will become available on your selected date.

If the upload time has passed, don’t panic! It’s possible that your release failed the initial upload to one or more stores.

Unfortunately, RouteNote aren’t always notified by our partner stores of any failed deliveries, but there’s many reasons that this could happen; e.g. processing errors, or a partial ingestion. We’ve got a solution for you!

If you contact support@routenote.com with your UPC and the affected stores, and we can have a look into this for you. You can also let us know by sending us a ticket.
