How can I prove ownership for an OAC?

Let’s own this OAC ✊

To be approved for an Official Artist Channel on YouTube, you must prove that you are the owner of the account(s) in question.

You will need to make sure you comply with the following before submitting your application:

  • You have submitted the form through the email which is associated with your RouteNote account.
  • You have included a UPC which is approved in this same account.
  • You must have at least one approved release which has landed on a unique topic channel on YouTube.
  • The URL provided for your owned and operated Channel (O&O) is valid and correct.
  • All artists on your RouteNote account must be approved and verified.

If you meet the criteria outlined above, as well as the other criteria in our OAC guide, then you are ready to submit a successful OAC application! Good luck!
