We can request this for you! Please see the requirements below:

Content Requirements:

• First and last frame should be the same for seamless looping
• File should be an animation of the static cover image.

File Requirements

• Display Aspect ratio: 1:1
• Maximum duration: 10 seconds
• Minimum resolution: 1280×1280
• Media format: MP4, H264
• Constant frame rate, 23.98 FPS minimum
• Bit Rate: Variable, Constrained/Capped to 15 Mbps

Animated artwork files can be sent to support@routenote.com along with your UPC and the URL to your release on Tidal.
