What’s the difference between a Pre-save & a Fan Link on PUSH.fm?

One small link for fan, one big PUSH for musician-kind.

Pre-save

:stopwatch: Pre-saves are a tool for upcoming music releases which have not been released yet.

A Pre-save is a link that allows your fans to digitally pre-order your release on streaming services. On release day, your new release will appear in their libraries automatically ready to be streamed, saved and shared. Pre-saves are great for locking in listeners and building momentum for your release, all before it’s even live. You can choose to offer your fans Pre-saves on Spotify, Deezer & Apple Music.

Please note! Pre-saves are used perfectly when your sales start date is 2-3 weeks away. This allows enough time to source your Pre-save URLs, make your Pre-save link and then push it to your fans.

Fan Link

💫 Fan Links are used after your music is released and help fans find your release on their preferred platforms.

A Fan Link is a link that allows you to place multiple streaming store links under one URL. However, your Fan Link is used for tracks/releases that have already been distributed to stores – so you can continue to use them for as long as you like. It’s a great marketing tool to use to promote and advertise your latest tracks. This means that you won’t need to worry about promoting multiple music links, as they’re in one place. It also means that your fans don’t need to find the release themselves!
