Can I use NASA-related content in my release?

The answer might just be out of this world 🚀🪐

Good news, this is fine to do! With RouteNote, you are welcome to use NASA recordings in your track or official NASA images in your artwork, as they are in the Public Domain.

However, please be aware that you won’t be able to feature the official NASA logo in your artwork (this suggests that your release is owned/released by NASA themselves).

Using our partner service Synchedin, you can find the collection of NASA recordings; you can find the entire collection by clicking here. You can also obtain NASA sounds directly from the NASA website by clicking here. Also, you can have a listen on NASA’s SoundCloud!

Please note! Your release will be blocked from Content ID stores (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) when using non-exclusive samples, this includes NASA recordings.

If you have any further queries, feel free to get in touch with us!
