It’s alright if you’ve got the rights ✔️
If you’re using samples in tracks you upload to us, we may need to ask you where they’ve come from so we can confirm you have the appropriate rights to use them in a commercial release.
We try to avoid querying samples as much as possible, but if we need to, we’ll ask you (as the creator) to account for anything in the content you’re uploading to us. Please make sure you know where your samples come from just in case we need to check!
If you do need to provide information about any samples in your release, we’ll need you to send in links to where it came from, and evidence that you have the rights to use it.
